Application:

The US102 is designed for multi-color decoration of cylindrical/oval/square plastic/glass bottles, hard tubes at high production speeds. It is suitable for glass and plastic containers printing with UV ink. Mechanical driven and fast speed make the US102 ideal for off-line or in-line 24/7 production.

General Description:

1．Automatic loading system with belt and vacuum robot.

2．Auto flame treatment equipped with gad exhaust and heat discharger.

3．Universal mechanical transmission system.

4．Automatic flip over for oval and square bottles

5．Quick and easy change over from one product to another.

6．LED UV curing system with longer life time and energy saving. Last color is electrode UV system from Europe.

7．PLC control, touch screen display.

8．Safety operation with CE standard .
